Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract near Solvang, CA. The role offers one day per week, eight hours per day, with a flexible teletherapy option and a collaborative educational team.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CTC permit or in progress.
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and school-based experience encouraged.
• Pediatric speech-language healthcare or educational background.
• Strong in-person and teletherapy services.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state requirements.
• Participate in relevant meetings and professional development.
