Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in the Fayetteville, NC area. You will assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs in a school setting, collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals.

Requirements include Master's in SLP, current state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred (CFY considered). This on-site position offers a flexible contract aligned to the school calendar and opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Deliver therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
• Maintain records in compliance with district and legal requirements.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP

CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY considered
