Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting near Olympia, WA. The role welcomes CFY candidates and offers teletherapy options alongside in-person sessions.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in SLP, a current WA SLP license or eligibility for licensure, and experience with pediatric populations. This contract position emphasizes collaborative, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY.
• Licensure in Washington State as an SLP (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12.
• Develop and implement IEPs with teachers, families and teams.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy as needed.
• Monitor student progress and document thoroughly.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment.
