Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting in Bonney Lake, WA. CF supervision is available and aligns with ASHA and state guidelines.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, and AAC needs, collaborate with IEP teams, and maintain required documentation. We welcome CF candidates and professionals dedicated to student success.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator certification if required by state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice issues.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to policies.
• Apply best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
