Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in the United States seeks a School Psychologist (NCSP or state license) to support students and families within our nationwide programs. This role requires strong collaboration with educators and clinicians and a commitment to child-centered care.

The School Psychologist will provide counseling, participate in IEP processes, and help design supports while maintaining accurate documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology required or equivalent.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist or eligible per state DOE bylaws.
• Experience in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently with ethical accountability.
• Strong communication with students, families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in MTSS for social/emotional and behavioral needs and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
• Participate in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff during weekly meetings and follow-up sessions.
• Ensure compliance with records, eligibility, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to meet required meetings and services.
