Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Psychologist to support students and families across our program.

The role emphasizes counseling, assessment coordination, and collaboration with school teams to develop and monitor IEPs and behavioral supports. You will work in Ohio schools, coordinate with teachers and parents, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality across all services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist per state bylaws.
• Experience in pediatric mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of support and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Participate in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for meetings and services.
