Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Psychologist to support students and families across the nation. The role emphasizes counseling, collaboration with staff, and participation in IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist or eligibility per state bylaws.
• Experience or training in pediatric mental health preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain ethical standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and parents.
• Participate in multi-tiered support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including interdisciplinary meetings to discuss diagnoses and treatment.
• Participate in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to record-keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure required meetings and services.
