Job summary

Lauren’s Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) in Gilbert, AZ seeks a licensed therapy professional in a supervisory role to guide assistants, develop ILP goals, and integrate therapy within classroom settings. You will collaborate with families, educators, and medical teams, analyze data, maintain documentation, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with regulations while advancing learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or doctoral degree in the applicable therapy discipline from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona licensure in the applicable therapy discipline and maintenance of required certifications.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, licensing regulations, ethical standards, and payer requirements.
• Experience with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities preferred; pediatric/clinical experience considered.
• Fingerprints Clearance Card current.
• CPR/First Aid and Article 9 certification current or obtainable within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate learners using assessments, observations, interviews, and clinical judgment in supervisory roles over assistants.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise educational supports and therapeutic interventions within licensure scope.
• Provide consultation, classroom supports, and group programming based on learner and organizational needs.
• Integrate therapeutic strategies into Academy environments to support participation, independence, and communication.
• Maintain classroom schedules and provide coaching and consultation to staff for strategy carryover.
• Provide short-term consultative support and targeted interventions as needed.
• Assist with ILP goals and transdisciplinary treatment objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate progress and inform clinical decisions.
