Job summary

Lauren's Institute for Education (L.I.F.E.) in Gilbert, AZ seeks a licensed therapist to supervise assistants and lead transdisciplinary therapy within the academy. You will develop and monitor ILP goals, provide staff coaching, and ensure services align with learner outcomes.

The role requires graduate-level licensure, Arizona license, CPR/First Aid, and strong clinical communication. You will document progress, collaborate with families and medical providers, and contribute to program

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or doctoral degree in the applicable therapy discipline from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona licensure (or license eligible) in the therapy discipline and maintenance of required certifications.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred; pediatric/clinical background.
• FingerPrint Clearance Card.
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, PROUD Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate learners and determine intervention needs as a Supervisory role for assistants.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise educational supports and interventions.
• Provide consultation, classroom supports, and group programming.
• Integrate therapeutic strategies to support participation and functional performance.
• Maintain schedules and provide coaching, modeling, and consultation to staff.
• Provide short-term consultative support and targeted interventions.
• Monitor ILP goals and transdisciplinary objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; complete documentation and billing.
• Communicate with families, staff, medical providers, and teams.
• Participate in ILP meetings, training, and organizational projects.
