LIFESPAN Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Supervisor to lead pediatric evaluations and care planning at our Early Learning centers. This part-time hybrid role emphasizes balanced work-life while supervising 2–3 OTAs and ensuring high-quality notes and sign-offs.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and NBCOT certification, with pediatric experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program with fieldwork requirements.
• NBCOT certification and state license to practice.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Pass NCDEE criminal record and healthcare registry check.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations for new children.
• Update personalized care plans as needed.
• Update evaluations annually.
• Oversee a team of 2–3 OTAs and review/sign notes.
