Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed SLPs in school settings in Delaware County, PA. The role centers on pediatric therapy, organized case management, and independent work to help students reach communication goals.

Qualifications

• Pediatric focus and/or school-based experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and information.
• Knowledge of therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
• Excellent communication – verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
