Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support preschool and elementary students in a school setting near Wilmington, DE. Choose full-time or part-time hours, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and making a measurable difference in students' educational experiences.

You will collaborate with an SLP, teachers, and special education teams, providing direct therapy, screenings, documentation, and progress monitoring in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware SLPA license required.
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings as an SLPA.
• Passion for working with younger children, from preschool through elementary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and school staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct therapy and support to students under the supervision of an SLP.
• Assisting with screenings, documentation, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborating with teachers and special education teams to integrate therapy into daily activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to student progress reports.
• Participating in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences.
• Helping create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for children.
