Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract role supporting elementary students in a school setting. You can choose between full-time or part-time hours and work onsite with a supportive multidisciplinary team to elevate students’ communication skills.

You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with educators and families to implement IEPs, while benefiting from professional mentorship and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred.
• Strong background in SLP assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students.
• Document progress and collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to ensure student success.
• Support IEP development and implementation within a dynamic school setting.
• Provide therapy services, both individually and in group formats, tailored to student needs.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on every student’s growth.
