Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed SLP for a part-time, school-based contract supporting middle school students with speech-language services for the full school year.

You will manage about 20 students with indirect time for collaboration, IEP implementation, and family engagement, while traveling between sites as needed. Teletherapy is a plus in a flexible, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Hold current Oregon SLP Licensure (required).
• CCC or CFY welcome as eligible.
• Experience in schools, pediatrics, and/or healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities.
• Comfortable with itinerant services and paid travel between sites.
• Teletherapy skills a plus.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and case management.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to middle school students in alignment with IEPs.
• Manage case files for ~10 students; deliver services to ~20 (communication and/or autism).
• Participate in team meetings and support multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Work with the school’s IEP system (training provided as needed).
• Engage families, teachers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold administrative and state-level requirements, including fingerprinting and licensure.
