Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for school-based services in Gilbert, AZ. You will evaluate and treat students, promote their physical, emotional, and social development, and collaborate with school staff to integrate goals into daily activities.

Candidates must hold Arizona PT licensure, have pediatrics experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check, drug test, and fingerprinting. Strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Arizona license to practice as a physical therapist.
• Prior experience working with children/pediatrics.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check, drug test and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate/treat students with disabilities and maintain daily progress notes.
• Complete daily attendance records, write progress reports, and attend meetings.
• Provide care to children with various disabilities to promote development in the school environment.
• Maintain detailed records of students with physical therapy needs.
• Assist in forming physical therapy goals for students.
• Review and apply students' individual goals.
• Prepare written treatment plans for each student.
• Protect students from preventable injury, discomfort, and illness.
• Report/document unordinary events concerning student safety and development.
