Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a school-based role in Fresno, CA, serving students during the 2023-2024 school year. You will promote physical, emotional, and social development in a collaborative school setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students, maintaining progress notes, and preparing treatment plans while coordinating with school personnel. A CA license and pediatric experience are preferred, with fingerprinting and background checks

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited program with PT degree.
• California license to practice physical therapy required.
• Must pass background check and drug test; fingerprinting completed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with disabilities.
• Maintain daily progress notes and attendance records.
• Write progress reports and attend meetings.
• Provide care to children to promote developmental goals.
• Maintain detailed records of students with PT needs.
• Assist in formulating PT goals for students.
• Review and apply individual goals.
• Prepare written treatment plans for each student.
• Protect students from injury and document safety events.
