Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for school-based services in Fresno, CA. You will evaluate and treat students with disabilities, maintain progress notes, and collaborate with school staff to support student development.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, California PT license, pediatrics experience, valid CA driver's license, and ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting. Masters/Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• California License to practice as a physical therapist.
• Experience working with children/pediatrics.
• Valid CA Driver’s License.
• Background check and drug test; fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate/treat students with disabilities and maintain daily progress notes.
• Complete daily attendance records, write progress reports, and attend meetings.
• Provide care to children with various disabilities to promote development in the school environment.
• Maintain detailed records of students with PT needs and goals.
• Form and prep written treatment plans for each student.
• Protect students from preventable injury and report unusual safety events.
