Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Clinic-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support pediatric students in a school-based setting in Phoenix, AZ.

You will deliver OT services primarily within ABA programming, collaborating with therapists, teachers and other professionals to advance developmental goals for ages 2–18. Expected duties include documenting progress, maintaining caseloads, and contributing to IEPs while following supervision guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification.
• Eligible for Arizona state licensure.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions independently with supervision as needed.
• Deliver OT services primarily within ABA programming environments.
• Provide OT services to pediatric clients ages 2–18.
• Focus treatment on development, emotional regulation, and visual-motor integration.
• Maintain an average caseload of ~30 clients weekly (approx. 6 sessions/day).
• Complete timely documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
