Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data for pre- and post-operative care.
• Monitor and respond to patient status in PACU and recovery areas.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Document care plans and progress accurately.
• Ensure continuity of care through detailed charting.
