Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in New Hampshire.
• Evidence of collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and plans care for pediatric population.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions.
• Administers medications per policy.
• Documents patient progress accurately.
• Educates patients and families about the plan of care.
• Collaborates with the health care team and supervises staff.
