Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RN license and active state licensure.

• Proficient in vital signs measurement, documentation and escalation when needed.
• Strong patient assessment, care planning and clinical decision making.
• Clear communication with patients, families and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed nursing records and reports.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
