Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Staff RN for Pediatric Med/Surg with 12-hour night shifts. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10k and relocation incentive, tuition assistance, and competitive benefits.

Candidates should hold a BSN (or enrolled with 5-year experience in lieu) and an WA RN license. ACLS/NALS/PALS/NRP or equivalent required per department, BLS current, and 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing required or obtained within five years from date of hire.
• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL) optional for consideration.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP as required by department or facility.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care per hospital policies and nursing process.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients and families and for staff development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
