Job summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a dedicated staff RN to join our Labor & Delivery team in Tacoma, WA. This role focuses on providing specialized nursing care with a collaborative approach on nights, with 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience, possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and hold an active RN license in Washington State. Benefits include a $10k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a competitive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience is required.
- Current RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement is necessary.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating.
- Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care according to hospital policies.
