Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma is seeking a staff RN to join our hospital-based team, delivering specialized pediatric care in a multidisciplinary setting.

This role emphasizes family-centered nursing, collaboration, learning, and professional growth within a highly respected children’s health network.

The position features a 12-hour night shift, 0.9 FTE, plus sign-on up to $10k, relocation bonus up to $10k, tuition assistance, incentive pay and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or completed within five years from hire date
• RN license in Washington State or MSL
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP as required by department
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Deliver nursing care using nursing process per policies and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
