CareFinders Total Care in Lambertville, NJ is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 pediatric in-home care. This role focuses on children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, and other complex medical needs—delivering skilled nursing care, support, and comfort.

Active RN or LPN license is required, with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

• Able to provide hands-on care and operate medical equipment as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records.
• Communicate changes in condition with parents, caregivers, and the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child.

Immediate Availability in Lambertville-Day Shift: Saturday & Sunday 8am-12pm
*Additional day, evening & overnight shifts as well*

Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.
