Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is seeking RN and LPN nurses for in-home pediatric care across shifts in New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing to children with autism, complex medical needs, and related conditions, ensuring safety and comfort in the home environment.

Flexibility is offered with morning, evening, and overnight options. Active state licenses, CPR/BLS, and a compassionate bedside manner are essential for success in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required
• New graduates welcome
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs
• Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes with parents and care team
• Support individualized care planning in home care model
• Offer comfort and emotional reassurance throughout care

CareFinders Total Careis hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care.

Work one-on-one with children who have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs—providing skilled nursing care, comfort, and support that truly makes a difference for families.
