ProHealth Physicians is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support pediatric and adolescent medicine in Wallingford, CT. This role emphasizes direct patient care, education, and efficient coordination with providers in a busy clinical setting.

The team values collaboration, adherence to safety protocols, and strong communication to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. A flexible schedule is offered within a 40-hour workweek with occasional extended hours as staffing requires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in CT.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide and document patient care such as injections and preventive screenings.
• Triage patients according to approved protocols and scheduling guidelines.
• Act as a member of the care team, collecting and recording clinical information as per protocol.
• Educate patients regarding their illness or injury and self-management of their condition.
• Carry out standing orders consistent with practice policies and procedures.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in the EHR.
• Coordinate outreach to patients for appointments and follow-up.
