Job summary

ProHealth Physicians is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatrics department in Enfield, CT. This full-time role requires patient-centered care, pediatric expertise, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule includes Mon-Thu 9:00am–6:00pm and Fri 8:00am–5:00pm with potential Saturday rotations.

The RN will document care in the EHR, educate families, and coordinate services while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in CT.
• BSN preferred; pediatrics nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing care following standards.
• Educate patients and coordinate services with providers.
• Act as liaison between patients, staff and providers.
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Triage patients according to approved protocols and document messages.
