Job summary

Nemours seeks an RN II for the Allergy Team in Jacksonville, FL. The role provides and coordinates pediatric nursing care, working closely with families and community resources to tailor care to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• BSN required or currently enrolled in BSN program with required completion within 12 months of hire date.
• Florida RN license or compact license including FL.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; pediatric experience preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• CPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for pediatric patients in the Allergy Team.
• Apply nursing process and consider growth, development, family dynamics in care planning.
• Develop, manage and evaluate program activities and objectives.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and program operations in collaboration with leadership.
• Document nursing care delivery and maintain program records.
