Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando, FL seeks an RN II - Ambulatory (Allergy) to join our pediatric team. This full-time role provides and coordinates nursing care, partners with families, and contributes to program operations and travel to satellite locations as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or enrollment in BSN with completion within 12 months, Florida RN license, and AHA BCLS certification. Experience 1–3 years, pediatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or active enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 12 months.
• American Heart Association BCLS certification required.
• Current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–3 years nursing experience; pediatrics preferred.
• Travel to satellite locations may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in partnership with family and community resources.
• Deliver evidence-based care considering individual, cultural, and family values.
• Develop and manage program operations and administrator duties.
• Supervise staff, train and schedule as needed.
• Plan, conduct meetings, and maintain program records and reports.
• Utilize nursing process and apply clinical knowledge in care delivery.
• Provide leadership, education, and support to division staff and physicians.
• Assist with phone triage, medication refills, patient calls and clinical care.
