Job summary

ACG Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join Hands of Hope, our pediatric program. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

You’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful patient experiences and have access to leadership support and professional development that can lead to advancement. The ideal candidate has RN licensure and pediatric nursing experience, with a heart to serve

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Current state RN license as a registered nurse and nursing degree (ADN/BSN).
• 3 years of nursing experience in clinical care or home health, 1 year of pediatric experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

• Evaluate patients and create care plans for our pediatric program.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and care team to ensure quality care.
• Serve as driver of the care team to deliver compassionate, meaningful experiences.
