ACG Hospice is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with the patient, family and care team. You will drive the care team to ensure quality pediatric care across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; 1 year pediatric experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans for pediatric patients.
• Coordinate with patients, families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Provide compassionate, family-centered nursing in home-based or clinical settings.
