Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse for its Hands of Hope pediatric program. You will evaluate patients and develop care plans while communicating with the patient, family, and care team to ensure coordinated care.

You’ll drive the care team to deliver quality pediatric care, with access to leadership support, development opportunities, and room for advancement within a values‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current state RN license.
• 3 years of nursing experience in clinical care or home health; 1 year pediatric experience required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Act as driver of the care team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
