Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care's Hands of Hope pediatric program seeks a registered nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a home-based setting. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with families and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license.
• Experience: 3 years nursing in clinical/home health; 1 year pediatric experience required.
• Physical: ability to sit/stand/move and lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team to coordinate care.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered pediatric home health care.

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing and a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
