Job summary
Georgia Hospice Care's Hands of Hope pediatric program seeks a registered nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a home-based setting. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with families and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license.
- Experience: 3 years nursing in clinical/home health; 1 year pediatric experience required.
- Physical: ability to sit/stand/move and lift 80–100 lbs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
- Communicate with patient, family, and care team to coordinate care.
- Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered pediatric home health care.
