Unison Health in Ohio is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care and behavioral health support to children and adolescents in our inpatient Children's Wellness Center (CWC) program.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting health assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring clients' physical and behavioral health status, and responding to medical and behavioral health needs in a therapeutic setting.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• CPI and BLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ year clinical experience in a hospital setting; psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including health assessments, medication administration, immunizations, coordination of referrals, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation while ensuring the confidentiality of client and program information.
• Educate clients, families, and staff on health-related topics, and support ongoing staff training and professional development.
• Maintain the medication room, oversee medical supplies, and ensure compliance with medication management standards.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid and crisis support as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate high-quality client care.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and required training while maintaining compliance with agency policies, regulatory standards, and licensure requirements.
