Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have RN Pediatric experience.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care, including discharge planning, with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implements the plan of care through direct patient care and supervision of the health care team.
• Evaluates patient progress and outcomes, adjusting the plan as needed.
• Documents care and communicates status to other caregivers in the patient record.
