Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• One year acute care RN experience in an acute care hospital, pediatric ICU preferred.
• Banner Registry and Travel roles require additional clearances at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policy.
• Develop and revise plans of care with patient/family input.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities within the care team.
• Communicate patient status and needs to team and physicians.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and patient response.
