Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) in Anchorage, AK is seeking an RN Case Manager Integrated - Pediatrics to deliver timely, outcomes-driven care for customer-owners within established case management standards.

Qualifications include Alaska RN license, BLS (ACLS/NRP/ATLS/ALSO/PALS as required), and at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the SCF RN Case Manager Training Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• License in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty.
• One (1) year nursing experience or successful completion of the RN Case Manager Training Program at SCF.

Responsibilities

• The RN Case Manager is responsible for the delivery of appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners which promotes quality and cost-effective health care outcomes.
• The role works within established standards for case management practice and Advance Access principles.
