Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• RN license in Tennessee required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year or less RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient and family.
• Coordinate education, resources, and activities for patients and families.
• Maintain reliable systems to document and monitor patient data.
• Perform clinical procedures within the RN scope of practice.
• Coordinate with providers and communicate with care team.
