Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an RN Care Coordinator to support pediatric specialty programs. This full-time, in-person role requires coordinating care, communicating with families, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions from admission to discharge.

The position requires an RN license, pediatric RN experience, and CPR certification; PALS preferred. The work schedule is daytime, Monday–Friday, at our Orlando, FL location.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain an RN license.
• Associate degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2+ hospital care coordination experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ RN experience in pediatrics required.
• CPR certification required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for pediatric specialty programs and liaise with health professionals.
• Develop and evaluate policies, protocols, and care paths.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and quality improvement.
• Provide staff education and patient/family support.
• Collaborate with medical staff and community resources to ensure seamless care.
