Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight and weekend day shifts in Boonton, NJ. You will provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care, collaborate with families, and support pediatric clients in their home.

Immediate openings available for Friday–Sunday overnights and a weekend day shift. Requirements include NJ RN license and active BLS, with preferred pediatric home care experience and flexibility for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR within 10 years.
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive pediatric assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Skilled nursing interventions including meds administration and respiratory support.
• Family-centered collaboration to promote comfort, safety, and stability.
• Clinical documentation with accurate, timely notes.

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. We have immediate openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts (10:30 PM–6:30 AM), along with a weekend day shift from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM. Build a schedule that fits your life while delivering care that truly matters.

What You’ll Do

• Comprehensive pediatric assessments — Perform ongoing clinical evaluations and respond to changes in condition
• Skilled nursing interventions — Medication administration, respiratory support, enteral feeding, and equipment management
• Family‑centered collaboration — Partner with families to promote comfort, safety, and stability
• Clinical documentation — Maintain accurate, timely notes to support continuity of care
• Home safety & infection control — Ensure proper equipment use and a safe care environment

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr

Available Shifts

• Weekend day shift — Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Overnight shifts — Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
• Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling

What You Bring
