This long-term home care opportunity offers 24/7 case coverage with day, night, weekday and weekend shifts, delivering consistent hours and meaningful, relationship-based care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License.
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered.
• Administer and monitor G-J tube feedings.
• Assess respiratory status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient requiring around-the-clock skilled nursing support. Affrimmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in Vernon, NJ requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-J tube care.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability

Pay Rate

RN: Up to $45/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
