Banner Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the Pediatric team in Mesa, Arizona. The role covers respiratory care, diagnostic testing, and collaboration with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required.
• NBRC RRT certification required.
• RRT licensure in state required by applicable law.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for Banner Home Care/Hospice if applicable.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care, pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing.
• Operate and manage ventilators and related equipment per physician orders.
• Conduct respiratory assessments and adjust therapy as needed.
• Perform pulmonary/cardiology tests and document results accurately.
• Collaborate with care teams and supervise department staff when applicable.
• May be assigned to multiple facilities within the Banner system.
