Job summary

Bethany Children’s Health Center is seeking a Nurse Shift Supervisor to lead nursing staff on a 12-hour shift and ensure high‑quality patient care for children. The role involves coordinating care plans, supervising direct patient care activities, and liaising with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

The position requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years as an RN, and an Oklahoma RN license with CPR and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Nursing.
• 3+ years as RN Staff required.
• Oklahoma RN license; CPR and PALS Certification.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and coordinates direct patient care activities.
• Acts as liaison with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care and updates nursing care plans.
• Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Participates in department and hospital committees; conducts medication administration and attendance audits and suggests improvements.
• Handles administrative duties such as recordkeeping, scheduling, and cross‑department communication.
• Supports families and cares team to ensure quality patient care.
