Providence Swedish is seeking a pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist to deliver and supervise care for children birth to 18, conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, and guiding discharge planning within a family-centered, team-based approach at Swedish First Hill. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in OT, WA OT license, and BLS; prior pediatric OT experience preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implement treatment programs and supervise delivery of services.
• Reassess treatment results and plan discharge.
• Provide care within a family-centered, team-based approach and coordinate with caregivers and patients.
