Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a pediatric rehabilitation occupational therapist to deliver and supervise therapy for children from birth to 18 years within a team-based, family-centered model at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.

You will work on evaluations, treatment planning, program implementation, reassessment and discharge planning, collaborating with families and caregivers to maximize outcomes. Washington licensure and BLS are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supervises services to children birth to 18 years old.
• Develops individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implements treatment programs, reassesses results and conducts discharge planning.
