Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise occupational therapy services to children from birth to 18 years.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Reassess treatment results and plan discharge accordingly.
• Work within a team-based, family-centered approach involving family, caregivers and patient.
