Providence Swedish is seeking a pediatric rehabilitation occupational therapist to deliver and supervise services for children birth to 18 years. The role emphasizes evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and discharge planning within a family-centered, team-based setting.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in OT, Washington OT license, and BLS through American Heart Association. Preference for pediatric rehab experience; new grads with internship are welcome.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old.
• Performs evaluations and develops individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implements treatment programs and reassesses progress toward discharge planning.
• Works within a team framework and maintains family-centered care, involving family, caregivers and patient.
