Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a pediatric rehabilitation occupational therapist to deliver and supervise services for children birth to 18 years old at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. You will participate in a team-based, family-centered approach and ensure care aligns with current standards and policies.

The role requires a WA OT license and BLS certification at hire, with a focus on evaluations, treatment planning, program implementation and discharge planning within an ethical practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Washington OT License obtained upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise pediatric rehabilitation services for birth to 18 years.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Implement treatment programs, reassess results and plan discharge.
• Collaborate within a team and maintain family-centered care.
